Terms and Conditions

Our preferred payment methods are cash-app/ Venmo. We also accept cash for local pickups. All payments must clear before any shipments or pickup dates will be scheduled. 

Currently we offer shipping in the U.S, local pickup/delivery is also available if within reasonable distance. 

We ship all orders  with Ship Your Reptiles. Shipping charges are start at $50 and up for all orders. All orders over $1000 ship for free. All shipping supplies are included in the shipping cost. (we do not charge extra for summer or winter packaging.) Buyers must follow the shipping instructions outlined in the order conformation email to book a shipment. (No orders will be shipped without conformation and proper scheduling.) Shipments may be scheduled by replying to the email provided. Shipping is weather dependent and proper weather conditions of a daytime high below 86 as well as a night time low of 40 are our limits for shipping.

Live arrival is guaranteed given the following:

• First temps have to be within the stated temperatures of 86 as a high and 40 for a low. While we usually check temperatures before scheduling a shipping date, it is ultimately up to you to make sure the temperature is within range. (We both want to make sure the safety of each animal is our top priority). If safe temperatures are not met at time of purchase, we will gladly hold your animal till safe temperatures are met, at no extra charge to you.
• The second condition for the live arrival guarantee is someone must be present at the designated shipping address for the FIRST delivery attempt. If no one is present at the designated shipping address at the designated delivery time, the live arrival guarantee is void. You may want to consider having them shipped to your place of employment if you have any doubt about being at home to receive the package. Safe shipping temperatures are always at OUR discretion and we may choose to not ship your animal at any time if we feel it is unsafe. We cannot be held responsible for any sort of damages incurred as a result of an incorrect address or delays on the behalf of the carrier.
• The final condition is you must provide correct shipping address. We will send your order to the shipping address you provide with your order. If this address is incorrect and the shipment is delayed, the live arrival guarantee is voided. If you need your order shipped to an address other than the shipping address provided on your order, please make sure you make that clear when you email to schedule your shipment.

In the rare case you receive an animal that had perished during shipment, GaCresties must be contacted via phone (message if necessary) or email within 1 hour of the shipment being delivered, no exceptions! Photographic proof will be required in all cases. At our discretion we may require the expired animal be returned to us, at your expense. Once our investigation is complete, compensation will be issued in the form of either a comparable replacement animal, or store credit. Cash refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

Geckos dropping their tail is a completely natural process, and does not harm or devalue the animal at all. Because of this, we do not offer a guarantee on gecko tails during shipping. Tail drops during shipping are very rare, but can happen.

All geckos listed for sale will be posted unedited, and in the best lighting possible to show the geckos natural beauty. However, there are no guarantees on colors, as geckos grow and age they can change colors subtly or drastically. The gecko you order will be the gecko you receive, guaranteed. 

All sales are ultimately up to the discretion of GaCresties. If deemed not fit based on conversations or improper husbandry, or not having done previous research on the gecko, the sale will be cancelled. The health of each individual gecko is our number 1 priority.
